Don't do /msg nickserv help as i just did because ircd detects this a flood and will automatically ignoring nickserv for 10 minutes

minor tweaks IMO, thanks Neko for opening the service. Now go to bed

That's the client detecting a flood, not the server

/ADDNOFLOOD chanserv
/ADDNOFLOOD nickserv
