I believe they are 650MHz. I have no idea on how much memory(if any). I don't have a power adapter. They look like Sparcles, but are branded as "Sparc Mobile Server". Check this thread I authored a little while ago:

There are 3 of them, and in fairly good condition, two of them have loose HD cover doors(all of the HD doors/covers are included). No batteries. DVD drives in each. I'm in the US(NJ). Make offer! Dreamcast broadband adapter not included! :)

Those seem to be rebranded/OEM'ed Naturetech UltraSPARC laptops. Try looking at http://www.naturetech.com.tw/ via web archive and you may be able to find out more about the corresponding Naturetech model's specs, and the required power input. Whatever PSU it uses (probably POTRANS), it could be quite difficult to find.
