Actually, you can get a quite useful collection of his more important papers [including On computable numbers[...] and his Ph.D. dissertation] for FREE from http://www.4shared.com/office/N1vuRyt-/ ... _turi.html [.pdf, readable even on my iPad]. Also, <www.turing.org.uk>, <www.AlanTuring.net> or <www.turingarchive.org> have more papers than you'd probably want to know about
