Looks like I never introduced this one

This is a former Discreet Flame station.
It's got a RAD audio board, a PCI card with two extra serial ports, a dual GBit network adapter, two dual 2GBit QL2342 Fibre Channel boards, and of course the DM3. It also came with a DMediaPro breakout box with DM5 installed. The FC disk box with Discreet 'STON+WIR' disks was apparently used with it.
