God knows, here is China. If you look down thru the site, it's a guy in Guangdong selling incredibly overpriced SGI's. One of the funniest lines on the page is "Don't buy that foreign trash, my computers are all wonderful." At ten times the going price they should be. He's installing cracked Flame onto old hardware and jacking the prices sky-high. Good luck to him if he can carry it off but ....

I didn't mean you personally ... not many individuals want to be cheaters. But the macro effect is that a bunch of managers get this hair up their butts about maximizing their profits so they can buy a nice beach house in the Bahamas. Easiest way to do that is to cheat someone. In this case they've cheated the Chinese people AND their own people. Nice mess we're in now, Ollie. Fricking managers :(
