I found this website selling Chinese Apple Laptop Clones. They also have iPod Touch Clones too without wifi. The laptops they got are Macbook Air Clones and Mini Apple Laptops. I been thinking about buying one for a Hackintosh. What are the chances it will work?

The specs on them are like any other Intel Atom CPU Netbook.

Looks more like a clone of the eee PC to me!

The Atom N270 CPU is not a 64 bit CPU, but all Intel Macs have 64 bit CPUs. So I guess Mac OS/X
won't work on those "clones". Also, the performance of the Atom CPU is much lower
compared to the Intel CPUs of the original Apple notebooks.

That's incorrect. The first official Intel Macs released in 2006 (iMac, Mac mini and MacBook) utilized the Intel Core Duo and Core Solo (Pentium-M derived) processors, which are 32-bit only.

It's also quite possible to run Mac OS X on an Atom processor - I, and many others, have done so.

Even Snow Leopard is going to run on 32-bit Intel - the original MacBook and Mac mini Core Duo are very much 32-bit.

OSX runs fantastically on the Atom - The Dell mini9 is one of the favored platforms to run OSX on today.

The CPU is fine (same as Mini 9 / Mini 10v); graphics should work, with only minor/occasional artifacting. There's just not enough information to say for certain if sound, LAN and WLAN are compatible. If you're lucky, it'll have a standard WLAN card which you can swap for a known-supported one.

It's cute, and if you decide to buy it anyway, please give us an 'lspci' so we know the spec for certain
