building firefox 56

Does anybody have a copy of acgeneral.m4 that actually works to build firefox with? And isn't "with" a preposition? And, not to rant or anything, but if the version of acgeneral.m4 that firefox requires is impossible to find on the Interwebs why the hell don't they include it in their ridiculously bloated 260 megabyte source code download? :roll:
