ID this processor

There's a massive processor on eBay, does anyone know which processor it is? Seems like some Power or Cell processor:

Probably not that new. It's not specifically a /370 XA TCM, but would be something very similar. Maybe from a machine a decade or so newer. Hard to say exactly.

If it is indeed from a Z9 as the text in the ad says, this MXM could be a general purpose processor, or one of IFL, zAAP, zIIP (I believe the ICF's use a different for factor than MXM). Oh, and the z9 came in 2005.
