by the way, you must be a real fan of stevy ... alrighty
i can't forget ... the guy was so happy with his ipod ... maybe the guys from pixar are trully inspired by him on their animated personality characters ...yupeee like :P
it's just a tought ... nothing more :)

Dunno, I guess we should pm neko. He pm'd me back the day I sent it but I have been away (for quite a while!) and have no further messages from him. Oh and Steve is cool and all but I love me some ppc's. ;)

Ha ha...
Hi evil ppc
In deed .. Steve is cool but the mac's are cooler ... :P
I have some mac's myself ... elegant computers ... love how it works on 2d ...
About imwheel ... i can't find a download ... on the entire net ..:)
So if you still have the package would you be so kind to post it ...
Thank you
I also have a few issues about mouse in irix ... the most interesting i found some weeks ago ... it's like this :
The irix 6.5.15 ... doesn't work with kvm (switch for keyboard mouse and display) but it works with every mouse i throw it in .. i mean every one ... wireless, optical ... you name it ... i have tried over 16 till now .. all work if plugged directly ... i understand the support for switch was added on 6.5.16 ...
Now ... on 6.5.30 ... the mouse works with kvm's (as expected) but some wireless doesn't and some optical it doesn't too ...
I have an O2 ...
So maybe it is a way to start ... obviously they changed something ... and i know all these features work together cause we use it all the time on pc's and mac's
Thank you

Evil and GI - works great, finally got around to trying it. USB mouse, by the way. Actually, a Logitech USB trackball.

Which makes me wonder ... there are some open source drivers for wacom tablets, I think. And the wacom USB tablets are recognized on newer Irix computers (Fuel and Tezro and Origin300, anyhow.) They don't work, but they are recognized as HID devices just like the mice are. Whatta ya think ?

This is an old thread, but does anyone have that ported copy of imwheel around? Both of the links in this thread are broken, and I'm not sure it ever made it to nekoware. I don't see it in there anyway.

Thanks!
