Discreet Screen Saver

Unread postby uunix » Sun Sep 04, 2016 3:19 pm

Bit petty and probably most know, but it's annoyed me for some time.

The screen saver is set in .sgisession in your home directory.

To turn it off change the line to
/usr/bin/X11/xset s off

Or to set a value like 5 mins
/usr/bin/X11/xset s 300

Bit off topic and it's probably been like this for a while now but I just noticed that all the options for sgi's xserver extensions are turned off in xscreensaver's configure script. Just another nail in the irix coffin...
Temporarily lost at sea...
World domination! Or something...
