Does anyone know the command to rescan for new drives, save rebooting?

Cheers..

Cheers rob.. I will try once the volumes have finished being created.

What a nice afternoon it has been, bit overcast but very warm. Too the kids to the pub and they had a bouncy castle. Very nice indeed. Going to polish off the day with a Chinese and a glass of red. :)

I wish pubs here weren't 21+ affairs. Cheers to a great weekend.

At the risk of getting caught by a thunderstorm i set up the barbecue in the back garden with junior, bought wurst, burgers and beer and treated the missus and other rascals to a fine grilled cuisine. We missed the passing thunderstorm by 500 meters...

Bring forth the summer!

Didn't we use scsicontrol for that on older hardware? scsiha has probably replaced that tool in recent IRIX versions

IIRC sometimes you need to do the scsiha -p (controller number) then also an ioconfig -f /hw.
