I saw some talk about this in the news groups, I'm sure a few of you have already seen it though.

This is a Benchmarking utiity for texturing and such and they have a port of it for 6.5

There's some other interesting stuff there, too...

While rather cool...it's a pity that there aren't "flashier" demos/benchmarks for SGI's (something along the lines of 3dmark or something).

Of course, that'd be because the target market between PC 3d (mainly games) and SGI 3d (mainly professionals working) would be the reason, but still...
