Hello All,
I've just booted my Fuel for the first time in a while and over the weekend I'll try to work on some of the feedback here and some of the stuff on my existing TODO list for v2.0.

I was trying to install this on my Indy under 6.2 without success. Is the source code available anywhere?
Could you please clarify if it was the actual tardist "install" or the "running" of the binary that was the issue?
If it's the running of the binary, it might be some sort of 6.5/6.2 or o32/n32 issue of which I have no experience in solving. Moreover, I have no access to the 4D/Indigo/Indy/Indigo2/o2 classic hardware or IRIX 5.3/6.2 to test my code. I'd be grateful if you - or anyone else - can compile/test the code on such machines. Perhaps we can find a way to integrate those binaries into the tardist or produce a parallel release that works on those machines.
The source code is in the tardist, it gets installed to /usr/local/share/notes/src.

Oh this is great, can the font be changed to very tiny?
Font size has been on my TODO list for v2.0 since forever, hopefully I'll be getting round to it now.

The .tardist needs a few small improvements, starting with setting the "default" flag for the binary and probably the documentation. While you're there, you could add it to Icon Catalog, maybe using the icon and file type rule below. Since there's nothing useful to add as a DROP or ALTDROP action, maybe you could enhance the -new command to accept a second parameter, either an initial text (so you could start all your notes with the current date just by running notes -new "`date`" from the toolchest, or alternatively, a filename to read.
I'll be looking into your suggestions @canavan.
If anybody else has ideas or features they want me to consider for Notes v2.0 - now is the time to speak up
