I haven't seen any tezros in the customer successes... but Octane2's did go into designing Mack trucks.

I wonder if this means that nobody has had success with a tezro yet. ;)

Herbal Essense shampoo commercial...

Take the shampoo out and replace it with a Tezro. Then let the women get off on using the Tezro. "Oh yes! Yes! Yes! Re-quickstart my elf files! Yes!"

CLASSIC! I'm going to print that out and tape it to the back of the onyx2
My first Indy is still my favourite SGI.

With a Tezro, I'd expect that to be a quicky :D

How big is an Octane2 then? That one looks pretty chunky.

I have never seen one in the flesh, but always imagined that they were of similar proportions to an O2. It looks about the same size as a couple of "midi" tower pcs stuck together. Or is that just the camera angle?

Yeah, I saw a real[tm] life[tm] Tezro[TM] at the IBC 2004 conference, and I was quite surprised by the size. It's a rather hefty monster really. Feels like a good ol' SGI :D

Only too bad thing I noticed was that the big cube logo on the front i just a printed on, and not a 'real' cube.
Shall I describe it to you? Or do you want me to get you a box?

Printed? Nah, it's better than that: it's a glow in the dark one! The other funny part of the Tezro is the front door, with its cup holders, works great! :-D
It's a pretty big machine, kinda heavy too, but not much heavier than an Octane... You should see the box its ships in though!

the fact that they put a light behind it doesn't negate the fact that the cube is just printed on the white shine-through circle. :)

Have you got photos? You could set up one of those silly "Unpackign of" websites for the Tezro, It would be at least as wildly popular as those Unpacking Of galleries for Macintoshes. :P

No, it doesn't, but it's also better than a simple sgi sticker...

Yeah, but with a Tezro you can do it over, and over and over all day without getting tired :D
