Unless the photo is mirrored both of the saucy petunias(1) are mousing left handed. As a long-time ambidextrous mouser I always notice when someone has a mouse on the left side; it's very unusual.

The photo is mirrored, look at the led area of the keyboard above the numeric keypad: it's on the left.
I'm an ambidextrous mouse user but prefer placing it to the left and using it with my left hand. I don't swap the buttons, however. And I keep telling coworkers that the right place of the mouse is to the left

Funny how they look good from either side!
I do a lot of things left handed but not everything; for example in baseball I throw left but bat right. When mice first came into being (yeah, I know, I'm one of those old dudes) I moused right handed until it hurt me. Then I switched. Now both my hands hurt...

You know you are expected to feed the mice, or they will bite your hands, don't you?
