There were only 2 SPARC desktop kits with SATA, and that was the Ultra 45 and 25 which go for an extreme amount of money on ebay. There are a couple LSI SAS controllers out there (which are SATA compatible) that work with SPARC Solaris, but I am not 100% on whether or not they are OBP (boot time) friendly.
Stuff.

I am not actively selling them anymore since they opened their web store in direct competition with their own resellers but ACube systems are PowerPC, SATA but not hardware RAID... Not sure about any of the BSDs but Linux is supported (as well as AmigaOS 4.1) ...

I sold a few to Amiga hobbyists and one to a large international defence contractor who wanted a PowerPC Linux machine for builds and prototyping or something to that effect. I no longer have defence clearance (expires) and I didn't want to know.
