I have an IP26 and a defective CPU - complains about something with the cache, if I'm not mistaken. If you want to pay for shipping from Germany, it's yours, but I think that's going to be prohibitively expensive. I don't have any Indigo^2s left to test.

I have an extra (dead) CPU too. I think I'll put it on the wall in my new computer room as it's a pretty impressive piece of tech.

Your best bet is to find one locally and avoid shipping. IP26 is quite fragile.
