I have such a door, the only one intact in the four Fuels I've ever owned. (The good one is from Mopar5150, natch.)

On the other door assembly I have that's in decent shape, I just put a tiny strip of Velcro there. It looks okay from the outside even if it doesn't open quite right.
smit happens.

You can't replace the front door itself. Only the entire front clip. And unfortunately they're uber fragile. Be careful.

You actually can replace just the door, you just need to apply force in the right direction.
Do you want to sell your 900mhz fuel?

You should do a tutorial on this.

Nope. I kick myself for selling my Tezro and my Octane everyday. Not going to make that mistake again. Maybe if I get a ZX6000 HP or some other Itanium box that can run HP-UX I would sell the C8000, but I don't think my example even with it being as it is is worth more than $400 - it's scraped up and missing that pretty pedestal.

I always wonder if easily breakable/losable things like this could be 3D printed. If anyone wants to model parts like this or the O2 PSU cover, I would happily print them and put them on my SGIs or send them to someone who owns the relevant SGI. I also have a vynil cutter (Cricut Expression) that has been downgraded to work with 3rd party software, so if we made something like a Fuel door I could make vynil letters and logos to go on it.
