SGI Keyboards

Unread postby JacquesT » Mon Mar 19, 2018 3:40 am

Hi,

Could somebody please do me a favour and measure the width of the standard granite and black ps2 SGI keyboards. I'd like to replace the current HP ps2 keyboard I use but have a slide in drawer that sits in under my desk of fixed width.

Thanks.

The RT6856T granite keyboard is exactly 18 inches wide. The older granite keyboard is wider, but I haven't measured.

Hey, I have black USB SGI keyboard.
It's this one: https://www.indytech.jp/img/RIMG0117.jpg (just without chinese keys, of course :-)
SGI P/N is 062-0031-001.

It is 45.7 cm wide, and 4.3 cm high. If you extend the legs on the back side then the height is 5.9 cm.

Thanks all, 45.7mm is the same width as the granite keyboard and will fit spot on. Now to find one for cheap-o...! :)
