Custom Resolution on Indy

Unread postby michaelpastras » Sun Jul 23, 2017 3:22 am

So, just learned the basics around VFC and managed to create 1680x1050 .vfo files for a V12 Fuel, a V8 Octane, and a V10 Octane2.
So far, so good (reduced blanking, etc).

Now, I would like to find out whether it is possible to compile a custom resolution for the Indy 24 XL.

The resolution format files are located in /usr/gfx/ucode/NG1/vof
and they are .u and not .vfo files

Is there a tool that will help me create a custom Indy resolution?
And if VFC is able to compile such a format, which .def files should I pick for the chip and/or the board?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
