Btw, I completed testing all the boards in current batch (including saving files with 'env' output from L1 for each individual board).
I'm ready to ship.
Will PM Ian shortly.

Obviously, I got me one of kubatyszko's early prototypes on ebay... that one works perfect!
Are there some spares from the actual batch left eventually, say two or three?

edefault - I'll follow up with you separately, currently I have only one spare board out of the batch, if you need 2-3 then I wouldn't want to hold up all other buyers, might make more sense to ship 3 boards to you directly. I'll be in touch.

Cheers.

Exactly. :D Btw, it's a chunk more than that for an HP 460W. ;)

However, I was told the company in question would charge about 75 UKP for a repair, so actually pretty good. I regret now throwing away some duff PSUs in earlier years. :\

Geez. I should be charging $500 for those adapters :P

Ian.

75 is actually not bad, even for a determined hobbyist / purist. Assuming the company actually IS able to repair the PSU. For this much money someone could literally put inside internals of the ATX HP 460 and you will never know...
Repairing swithing PSU's is a very specialized area and the person really needs to know what they're doing - especially without schematics...

Then nobody would buy them. :D

They've done one already for someone I know. I have three that need fixing atm, assuming they can be fixed.

It's apparently mainly what the company does IIRC.

To all who joined the batch proxied by Ian - please PM me with your address (and phone numbers too), I will collect it all and forward to Ian.

If I recall correctly - total 6 pieces across 5 of you.

I'll contact everyone once the adapters arrive (they're in transit atm). Please don't send anything until I've worked out the shipping for each recipient, etc. For those who wish to use PayPal, I recommend having a high enough normal +ve balance so that you can employ the family/friends option (means I don't have to add on any receiving fees, though the FF option isn't available in all nations).
