Hi Mazzini,

I am using Mac so it it VMWare Fusion 10 (just upgraded the other day in anticipation of doing update to MacOS High Sierra.)

I have a license for PC VMWare 6 or 7 (from recollection), but do not have that installed on any PC and the only PC's I actually use regularly are all virtual machines on Macs

Cheers,

jwhat.

Hi Mazzini,

Did physical machine install with Fedora 1 and network & usb working ok.

Only change I had to do was “chmod -R o+wr /stand/*” as I was getting permission error.

So problem is definitely wmware USB behavior.

Also found that you can get VMware network going (without need for VMware tools install) by forcing use of ethernet virtualDev = “e1000”

Cheers,
