Nekochan Net

I just received a mail notification from the nekochan forum for a new private message, and it ended up in my spam folder... when checking the source, I got this:

* 1.6 RCVD_IN_BL_SPAMCOP_NET RBL: Received via a relay in bl.spamcop.net [Blocked - see <http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?85.158.209.73>]

... which pushed it over the critical limit for spamassassin.

Is this a known thing? I strongly doubt nekochan really IS a spamhost eh...
