Here's my Sun hardware:

- SunBlade 1000, 750MHz UltraSPARC-III, 1,5GB of ram, 18GB hdd
- Sun Ultra 30, 300MHz UltraSPARC-II, 256MB of ram, 9GB hdd
- Sun Ultra 5, 400MHz UltraSPARC-IIi, 384MB of ram, 20GB hdd
- Sun SPARCstation5, 110MHz microSPARC, 128MB of ram, 2GB hdd
- 2x Sun Netra AX1105, 500MHz UltraSPARC-IIe, 1GB and 512MB of ram, 20GB hdd

However, nothing is for sale.

I'd like another CPU for my Blade, but I don't really have enough money for it, I'm still a student.

An interesting system, deskside configuration, 10 PCI slots, has both of the optional 8 drive backplanes, making for a total of 20 internal drives. Added the m64B so it'd have a graphics head. Currently running Solaris 10.

Here is what I have (not much)

SPARCstation 10MP (2xRoss 180Mhz w/2.25R prom 464MB, 2x2.9GB, TGX)
SPARCstation 10MP (2xSM51. 128MB, 2x1.06GB, TGX)
SPARCstation 10MP (SM51, 96MB, 1x1.06GB, CG3)

Ultra 10 (300Mhz, 512MB, 4.2GB, Elite3D-M3)

I have a ton of SBus cards (dual serial, fibre channel, frame buffers, SCSI, Ethernet) and several spare MBus modules at different speeds with and without caches. A couple of external CD-ROMs in 411 enclosures, a 411 with a hard disk, 811 with an Exabyte tape drive and a 811 that is empty (no drive sled). 3 optical mice with the special mouse pad. A 13W3-HD15 adapter cable that is resolution selectable (this thing is worth it's weight in gold) and a bunch of cables, extra memory, audio headers and so on.

I was going to dispose of the SS10s when I realized they are kind of unique and hard-to-find now. So I'll keep the Ross equipped machine in service and use the other two for spares. Now I'm collecting more hardware for them so I can get different configurations.

I am still after an SS20 with the CD-ROM drive. If I get one of those, I'll consider getting rid of the SS10s.

The Ultra I just got since I picked it up for $30. Figure I can play with Linux on Sparc64 with that. It works well but is going to get a new mainboard so I can run the 440Mhz processor I have for it in storage.

I've got a "loaded" SS20 that's yours for the cost of shipping. I haven't booted it in a while but ISTR it's specs look like this:
Dual Ross Hypersparcs,
256M
9G 10K drive
dual framebuffers

Try the 440 before you spend money on a new board. Make sure you flash the PROM with the latest image before upgrading.

440 is known to work with Darwin boards having PGX24, check your tag.

This is my small collection...
SPARCstation 10 (128 MB of RAM, OPENSTEP 4.2)
SPARCclassic (48 MB of RAM, Solaris 7)
    SPARCclassic (not currently working)
And as I only have one keyboard, mouse and monitor, I keep them all together. :D

Hmm, I got the following, all in use as and when I can:

Sun Ultra 30. 296MHz UltraSPARC IIi, 768Mb, 18Gb
Sun Blade 1000. 750MHz UltraSPARC III, 1Gb, 2x 36.4GB
Sun Ray1. Nothing more to say on that one!

I also have a 20" Sun monitor but the picture has gone odd. The colour is off however so I'm replacing it with SGI monitors once I've got the cables sorted so they'll work

What else? Hmm, well I have a pile of FC-AL HDDs, all Sun firmwares. I got 7x 36GB drives and 1x 18GB. I don't have any use for them at the moment, I have two of them in the machine. I did plan a StorEdge for them but they've been sat here for ages, so if anyone in the UK has any use for em, make me an offer and they're yours!
