Sun emulator ?

i would like to know if any Sun (old) emulator is available somewhere ?

TME (http://people.csail.mit.edu/fredette/tme/) is a bit rough, but will emulate various sun2, sun3, sun4c and sun4u systems.
If you are only interested in sun4m and sun4u, qemu might be a better choice.

A commercial option is Virtutech Simics
I had Solaris 7 (sparc) running in that some time ago.
