I managed to installl the IDL/IDF C and C++ without licenses, and I could compile helloworld.c with either C or C++. It did spit out the nag screen, but compiled without error (made an a.out that runs on another machine.)

I used Key-O-Matic to get the license string for C++ so now it doesn't nag me anymore, but I don't have an entitlement for C, so I guess I am going to continue to be annoyed during compilation.

For the record, these are MIPSpro Compilers: Version 7.30 on IRIX 6.5.19
