My thoughts exactly. lib32 was only created because SGI moved from O32 to N32 and had to support O32...
I bet they wish they didn't have to support O32...

Right, I only know of one major application that is/was NOT ported to n32. Unfortunately CATIA V4 is/was required by a lot of CAD users. But don't get me into it, even installing/upgrading it is a major nightmare, even for an experienced admin. But well, this is offtopic :)
