Octane R10k 2x250MHz, 256MB, CADduo, GigE

This is actually the Octane2 chassis I posted about elsewhere. Dug in a little and found the front plane only seems to accept older style motherboards and one particular new style motherboard I had available to test with. Since I had some bad memory there was some swapping going on and the end config is as follows.

The plastics are the new SGI style, but green and labeled Octane, not Octane2. Lightbar currently is stock, and working, incandescent bulbs.

Loaded up with a pair of ESI graphics, Gigabit Ethernet (machine can't keep up with that), and CADduo. The file /usr/lib/X11/xdm/Xservers.2key is in place of /usr/lib/X11/xdm/Xservers setting the workstation up for two interactive desktop logins.
