Found this on eBay last week cheap enough for me. It arrived with nearly intact skins - although the rear right tab is broken off, it still fits together tightly and looks fantastic. The drive bracket and the CPU module were "rattling around" inside the case when it arrived. I battened everything down and hoped for the best. I've got a SCSI2SD 5.0 board with a pre-installed IRIX 6.5.22 environment and it started showing signs of life :) ... First boot showed bad ethernet address, so I thought I would have to replace the Dallas chip, and I have a spare just in case... but it seems to be holding onto the MAC now.

Looks to be pretty clean, good ebay score indeed!
If the thing isn't on fire it's a software problem.
