I've got the Ensemble Carbon analog component breakout box for the video option, plus a Miranda Vivo SDI dongle. So it can capture or play composite, component analogue or SDI video depending on what's attached. With the QL2342 it's easy to attach a good amount of storage for video, although the O2 lacks bandwidth to use the dual 2Gb FC card to it's full potential.
And yes, it is a real O2+ even though it has blue skins:
