Probably should have posted my Quad 500 Origin 300 when I got it up and running in late January, but I finally got another working Origin 300 today, swapped out the Dual 500 board with a Quad 600 and replaced the fans. Connected both via numalink (worked pretty flawlessly) and voila:

It is a Compaq AlphaServer DS20E with Dual 500mhz cpus and 4gb of ram.

Neither have I, the thing is way too loud to be able to be used 24/7. The Happy Wife Decibel Factor really plays into what can be turned on or not :(

OMG! it is huge! On the other hand, 28 x 600 Mhz is still a fairly decent amount of processing power :).
