Hi Christoph,
The developer program has been discontinued. To get on the program you had to have a company that is trading (which I have) and go through credit checks and other corporate nonsense.. I had full access to supportfolio and IRIX patches but sgi/rackable kicked me and everyone out of the program..I asked them several times and only way is mega dollars for a full support contract on a Linux system.

The local office here tell me there is nothing that they can do. I did grab quite a few patches while I had it but there is a lot that I missed. There is a bit of a black market in patches if you discuss it with other SGI fans privately outside the public areas of nekochan. Rackable are doing everything possible to kill IRIX while still trying to leverage and trade off the goodwill of the SGI (and to a lesser extent IRIX) brand, just talk to your local SGI office and see what I mean.
R.
