Looney Toons or Looney Tunes

Unread postby uunix » Mon Jan 23, 2017 2:16 pm

So, my other half (who is studying something currently) said, have you heard of the Mandela effect?
She explained to me that there are people in the world who think he died in the 1980's..

"OK" I thought, "well that's not true.." She then went on to say people also believe Looney Tunes is or was in fact Looney Toons.. WOOOOOHAAAA!! WAIT A GAWD DARWN MINUTE MISSY! WHAT? It FSCKING IS!!!

And now, I google and find that New Zealand is South of Australia and not North?

Time Travel or Alternate dimensions? I was once at some traffic lights, and it missed my turn! I swear this (yes could have been a computer blimp) But it was so weird!

I also have this memory that some guy in a blonde toupee is the US President and the UK tried to nuke the US with a dodgy trident missile?

[Edit} I notice people are stating that it was confused with Tiny Toons.. by 1990 (when tiny toons were broadcast) I was honestly not watching any cartoons.

It's always been Looney Tunes, just like Merrie Melodies.

More interesting is the Berenstein/Berenstain bears controversy

I disagree. Toons and Tunes are too different. Berenstein/Berenstain is one letter off.

OK, so I just looked at this site.. https://www.buzzfeed.com/christopherhudspeth/can-you-pass-this-mandela-effect-memory-test?utm_term=.baj4zym6r#.shayq7glw

And yes it was Looney Tunes.

Still interesting theories.
