They are new for me, and I reckon in their own a very classic fashion they sound good (Meanwhile Back In The City) ...it is not exactly my kind of stuff, but hey! ...they did the trick anyway... :)

Mountainism and photography... landscapism... nothing too compatable with cities... here the only interesting thing to picture (excluding my family) is some life style at night bars and cafés... but since I'm married I can't pass every night out there... you know... anyway the thing is, every day people seems to get more and more "daily"... so, no much fun out there by night anyway.

I can't get bored if there are mountains and rivers all around. Oh well...

...how about some argentinean reply around this point? :-)

So... now that we positively know that all this crap about The 2012's End Of The World is just a bluff and a hoax to missinformate people, hiding behind a smoke cover one of the (among others) worst troubles of this century... how do you protect to the yours and to yourself from EMF Pollution?

I mean... while a bunch of idiots and ignorants are still preaching about the poor Mayans Prophecies, we are getting screwed with HAARP, SURA, Cellular Antennas, Wi-Fi/Wi-Max, and many other forms of Electromagnetic Pollution in the microwave range!

We should be more conceirned to develop better stuff to protect our kid's brains and bodies (and our own brains and bodies) with well engineered and safe clothes.

So, there is no need to score 175 points of I.Q. to know that the EOTW is just a bluff, a hoax, and a ton of crap to keep masses enough well stupidized to avoid some very big social troubles with things like EMF...

...the question is: How to protect efficiently a human body from Electromagnetic Pollution?

I mean... after lots of studies like the ones from ECOLOG/T-Mobil, UFMG Minas Gerais, Hausmannstätten & Vasoldsberg, to name just a few... it is not a secret anymore that Cancer and Leukemia are among other patologies highly propiciated in the neighborhoods from any active cellular antenna... and there are thousands of them along every city of this planet.

So, do you care yours and yourself from EMF Pollution by any means?

Diego, don't be so harsh with these prophets! Might not have worked out last weekend but we still have another chance, surely - just consider Carl Calleman: another 5 months to go, and then - on October, 28th 2011 - bang, bang, Mother Earth will never be the same. Ahem, idiots are everywhere. But what is much more disturbing is the FACT that so many people are following them blindly. :-) :-) :-)

No, please... I don't want to sound harsh with the Offices Of Propaganda From The Governments... ehhhr ...sorry... I missed the term... I just wanted to state: "Prophets"! :)

Oh, yes... of course... a little bit of ChemTrails over here, a little bit of HAARP and SURA over there, a little bit more of radiation over Japan, and we are almost done... yup! You're right... we can do it... Go, go, go, go! It seems it is just matter from a bit more of work!

Yeap, and each one of them has a country to rule to the ruin...

Sure, it is that the Offices Of Propaganda are sooo effective... sorry... ehhhr, I mean: "The Prophets"
...damn, today I'm so distracted that I confuse the terms every time! :)

Ahem... talking about blinds and idiots... have you read Las mil y una noches:0843?

Hey Diego,
I saw this little nugget of information in a magazine citing a study on bone density and cell phones, a little bit of digging turned this article: http://journals.lww.com/jcraniofacialsu ... le.75.aspx
I haven't studied spanish in years, maybe you can find this interesting... http://rmu.fcm.uncu.edu.ar/vol03_01/08/ ... _Art08.pdf

I rarely use a cellphone, I try and keep my computer on the desk and off my legs when I'm using it, I don't stand with my face pressed to the glass peering at my oatmeal being microwaved in the morning. All the normal stuff.

OTOH, I live within line-of-sight distance (about 6 miles southeast actually) of the WLW broadcasting tower http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WLW It runs at 50kW, there was a time in the 30's and 40's it ran on 500kW... Even at 50kW you don't need a radio to hear it, some paper clips bent in the proper way will do. ;)
Quote:
Many reports have surfaced over the years of the power fluctuations from those who lived near the 500 kilowatt transmitter. Residents would see their lights flicker in time to the modulation peaks of the transmitter. It was widely reported that the signal was so overpowering some people picked up WLW radio on the metal coils of mattress and boxed bedsprings,[5] similar to KDKA-AM in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Arcing often occurred near the transmission site

This is also just down the road from the Voice of America, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice_of_A ... ay_Station now it is football and baseball fields... http://maps.google.com/?ll=39.35795,-84 ... 3&t=h&z=19

This is all relatively low-frequency stuff... the health effects are probably different.

Hey there!
...looks like a very interesting info but I have not read all the stuff yet, just the one from the first link and a bit from the second:

tidos.

...sadly it is a bit old (2007), and it does not seems to include results from most definitory studies as ECOLOG/T-Mobil from Germany and Wolf/Wolf from Israel, or exposition to G3/G4 ranges of frequency (>2100 MHz) in proximity of the sweet spot of transmission antennas.

About "The Voice Of America", I just can say... WOW!, what a monstruosity of power, half MegaWatt being air radiated directly, and pretty close to a populated area!

Be ready for a second post, as soon as I read the rest! ;)
Regards,
Diego

I'm waiting for Pleiades, a proposed supercomputer built by Intel and SGI for NASA's Ames Research Center, will be completed, reaching a peak performance of 10 Petaflops (10 quadrillion floating point operations per second). -2012

No need to wait for Pleiades, Fujitsu's K should reach 10 Petaflops in a few weeks. Then is skynet all the way...

Looks interesting! Maybe it will inspire some spin-off for desktop user-land too...

To be sure, there were two separate broadcasting sites less than a mile from each other: VOA, with several high power transmitters (now a park) WLW, which was operating at 500kW and still operating today at 50kW. but for the record. my stomping grounds are over here, underneath the high-tension wires. http://maps.google.com/?ll=39.314092,-8 ... 19&vpsrc=6 I try to not spend too much time directly under them.

so.. what do you think of this? Now they are breeding corn to have a built-in insecticide. and we wonder why the bees are dying. It will fit right in with the GMO soy crops. Search for "Bt proteins" and you will see this insecticide really isn't the end of the world. far more worrying is the legal battles and trouble that can come from farmers "accidentally" (i.e. the wind blew seed pods, pollen, etc to another farm) contaminating the GMO crops they have licensed.

the food is just one of the things that is seriously messed up in north america. more and more people are spending a premium on food to have some small guarantee of lack of toxicity (i.e. organic labels, non-gmo labels, etc)

Well, the ElectroMagnetic Pollution never should be close to any living organisms... but I guess we already screwed up ourselves!

To put it short: I think we are already inside a George Orwell's book since a lot of years ago ("Nineteen Eighty-Four"), and while the time pass things are not getting better at all.

Well, I guess it is better a well known book from George Orwell than a never concluded John Gress's film... :?

Yup, I know from genetically altered seeds, nano-powders from Aluminum-Strontium-Barium, and all the rest... what can I say? ...is the composite word "self-ruined" descriptive enough for you? :)

Here in my country the people still is not enough conceirned about that... it seems that they are more conceirned about the "Diet", "0% Fat", and such kind of features printed on the labels from some food... and maybe they are doing well... but I'm not particularly confident either for "Healthy/Organic Food" or "Diet Food" ...I'm a real skeptical for all of this, and I could bet half tangerine than nobody running a big food corporation gives a rat-ass for the health of the citizens... as soon they keep buying more food! :)

EDIT: fixed a typo... or two... :)
