Indeed. Apart from its possible smell, that resin is very strong, durable, and transparent; ideal for tool handles.
Some manufacturers that still make CAB handles, like PB Swiss, add vanilla fragrance to cover any butyric acid smell.
Most users just get on with using their tools instead of sniffing them, I think...

It's a problem because after using these tools with no gloves, the hands smell too.

I've had some felo brand screwdrivers with rubbery foam handles (ergonic) for several years now. They don't smell like much of anything and the stuff is both bulletproof and grippy.
