Super jealous! I'd love to have an A3000.

I mean, A3000's go for like ~$600 by themselves. It's a lot of money, but not too bad all things considered.

I've had four A3000s. The first was an A3000UX I acquired in 1999 for free, as I was 7 at the time. Sold that one in 2003 for a Pentium 4... Big mistake.

Second was A3000 I damaged by inserting a parallel device into the SCSI port accidentally. I sent it to a member of the community for repair. He stole it essentially, refusing to take any secured form of payment for the repairs. The guy was someone going by "labdude1" or something... I forget.

I bought another in 2014, and sold it to Nekonoko as it was... Not the most desirable model and he wanted one badly.

Picked up a couple TruePosition boards that combine a GPS receiver with an "oven"-stabilized or ovenized crystal oscillator (link). We'll see how far I get with the tinkering...
