very old topic/thread but i thought i'd post since i actually know the answer (old school blender user...) ./blender -p 0 0 800 600 -p sets the window to a new non-fullscreen size the first two digits are position the second two are size so this sets up blender in an 800x600 window in (iirc) the bot...

odd thread to have my first post, but here we go.

all the machines in my house are named after characters from Kevin Smith films (clerks, mallrats, etc)

so my SGI's are:

indy r4600 133PC - Dante (it whinges alot.. heh)
octane r12k 300 - Brodie (fave k.s. character)
