Re: Commemorating member #1500

After all my years of hawking s/w and process improvement, it still amazes me how many newly generated buzzwords are required to perpetuate the facade that upgrading will vastly improve your business. Come on, man, you know you want Vista! And since you want Vista, you'll need to buy a new 37GHz PC...

Re: Commemorating member #1500

Geez, it was just last April when I marked the momentous occasion of the joining of member #1000 to the Nekochan community and to think that was back in the days of Web 1.0 - were Mosaic and HotJava Web 1.0 technology ? Today we welcome dion_b to these hallowed grounds as member #1500 and we are no...

I buy 6-32 round head machine screws from RadioShack, catalog number 64-3012. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103351&cp The 1/4" length screws work great for mounting drives into Octane sleds (at least the ones I own), but the package comes with 1/4", 1/2" a...

Well, the quest for a disk drive mounting bracket is over... I purchased a complete (sans memory) and working Sunblade 100 for $5.00USD on eBay. With the $20.00USD shipping fee I figure I got my bracket for $25.00USD and it came wrapped in a Sunblade 100. Now my 120GB disk is happy and secure...

Neko - Thanks a bunch for your reply ... but let me help clarify the situation. If ones looks at page 7-7 Fig. 7-4 in Section 7.3.1 of the Sunblade 150 Service Manual the fourth image clearly depicts the drive tray I am seeking, it is referred to as the "Hard Drive Mounting Bracket" in the...

WTB: Sunblade 100/150 Disk Drive Mounting Bracket

I wasn't sure if I should have posted this request in the Hardware section or not, but as it is Sun specific, I decided to try here. I recently purchased a Sunblade 150 and I guess for "national security reasons" there was no hard drive included. However, whoever removed the drive ...

Yes. It does support SOG, but works at 1920x1080_72 only with my V8. 1920x1200_60 can't be streched to fit the full width horizontially, it has the same width as 1600x1200 and doesn't look _that_ good :(. Maybe a new VFO could help? Roland but 1920x1080 is fine too ;) Roland- Thanks for your feedba...
