Hi. Can anyone tell if ther is any difference between XIO version of DM3 and DM2 card?

In some sgi papers tey were mentioned as technically the same beside the mounting mechanizm... I am confused...

Hi. I am looking for screws used to mount the hard drives onto NetApp DS14(MK2) caddies. They are very specific, as far as I know (but might be wrong) they match with TP900 or Xyratex RS-1400 caddies... Can anyone point a source? And what model to look for, I need 128pcs. It would be nice to have so...

If you have 28 of these drives, and want to get rid of it, I"d take it for 50USD per drive.

And by the way, I have here NetApp 2GBit arrays (xyratex rf-1400 ripoff), do they need special (netapp blessed) drives?

Disk layout of the system? Well, MacPro has four sata bays. Disk stays in the first one. It is 74 GB sata drive. It is the only drive beside the DVD burner attached via IDE. Partitioning was at first done by osx diskutility (one DOS partition) but after that when I was installing RHEL I used automat...

it would be 0,1. Second disk and first logical would be 1,0. Would help if you told us the disk layout of the system and then which disk you used along with how you partitioned it.


How can I find that in rescue mode?
