Re: Nameserver issues

OK, found my issue.

It turned out my nameserver addresses were out of date. I figured this out by running nslookup.

Thanks for your line of questioning. Appreciate your help!

Re: Nameserver issues

Thanks for your help

What if I don't have a local network domain name? I tried entering just a name, or localhost, but don't get anywhere.

Thanks again,

Nameserver issues

I recently installed IRIX on an Indigo2 and I am having problems getting it work with my ISP's nameservers. I am able to access IP addresses on the Internet however. Thanks for the tips. I used to work in the tree care business, so my tree climbing skills have come in handy already. Tyco makes a lithium powered plane called skyforce. Actually they give you two planes/gliders, but with a separate set of propellers/battery which you snap into the plane (which are ...

So, I bought one of these for my Dad for Christmas, having been alerted by MisterDNA's recommendation. Thanks! What can I say, this thing is probably the coolest $30 toy you could buy. Exceptionally well made, indestructible, extremely fun to fly. Now we have to go out and buy at least 3 more airhog...

Well, I ended up reading da Da Vinci Code (I had a flight to Japan with about 12 hours to kill). The begining of the book was interesting, but I found the riddles and plot became more and more predictable as it wore on. So I was a bit disappointed.

The Matrix reminded me of my own "matrix moments" when I was young kid. I remember a couple times when I seriously doubted reality and whether I even existed. Really wigged me out.

I thought the animation in the third movie was incredible.
