I just copied 'l/linux*', 's/screen*', and 'x/xterm*' from '/usr/share/terminfo' on a Linux box to '/usr/lib/terminfo' on my SGI machines - the format appears to be identical. adding entries to terminfo

Hi all,

How hard is it to add things to terminfo? as IRIX doesn't seem to understand screen. Which is a right pain.

I'd second this, I've net installed an o2 this way (RM5200 so the original 6.5.0 media doesn't boot)

I'm a dead set vi user.

just as it will be installed on pretty much anything I use. From bsd4.2 to irix, to some linux.

And it's even there on mac os x.

i love vi :)

Damn, first it was my o200 that died, now it seems my o2 is deciding it doesn't like it's memory.

Time to get that R8k Indigo2 outta storage, and hope its' all working well.
