Re: HTML Forms

Honestly, though, I think it would an order of magnitude easier to just put them all in one form even if it means modifying the legacy code. I mean how hard it is to add a server side variable to not echo the <form></form> tags per line (I'm assuming your code generates each HTML form and checkbox ...

Re: HTML Forms

There are a number of ways I could have done this, all of which would have been vastly superior to the way it is now. The reality is, that this code is very old legacy code that I've inherited. I uses python cgi, along with HTMLgen to generate pages. Initially it had very limited functionality, but ...

HTML Forms

Hi all. I have a problem I'm having difficulties solving. I have an HTML page with a table, where every row on the table is a form. At the end of each row I have a submit button. The problem is this, I want to combine all the forms into one, so I can have one submit button, *AND*, I have to do it in...

jimmer, I have MipsPro.

I may be missing something. Maybe if you tell me exactly (ie, like I'm a very stupid 4 year old) what to do to compile, I'll try your instructions.

Uhm...having a bit of trouble compiling. cstdio needs to be in usr/local/lib? Ammended the Makefile to include /usr/nekoware/lib/gcc/mips-sgi-irix6.5/3.4.6/include/c++ where the file lives, still getting errors I'm afraid. #gmake notes CC -O2 -LANG:std -I. -I../../../vk/include -I/usr/include -I/usr...

IThe whole package is available for IRIX, but - disappointingly - partiview coredumps on my Octane :(
Very strange...The binary should have been created for IRIX 6.5.x.

Exactly the same problem here, coredumps on an octane. In fact, every script coredumps.

Actually, while we're on the subject, I've tried using Samba to try and get my O2 to communicate with the bj-200 ex i have connected on the pc. Haven't been able to pull it off. So, can anyone offer advice as to how to print from IRIX to a printer connected on a pc? Is using Samba the way to go? I ...

Update. I've managed to get the gcc compiler to run configure without error. gmake still falls over with: #gmake making all in squidGuard-1.2.0 gmake[1]: Entering directory `/pk_tmp/squidGuard-1.2.0/src' making all in src gcc -I.. -I. -I. -I/usr/nekoware/include -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -g -O2 -I/usr/nekowar...

So how do you get past the "make" errors?

You must be doing something differently??

Not to state the obvious but did you try using Gnu Make? [aka gmake] some stuff will not build with any other version of make. -Mike Thanks to regan_russell, I found and installed gmake. Unfortunately, it gives the same error: #gmake making all in squidGuard-1.2.0 gmake[1]: Entering directory `/pk_...

Yes I have built all dependencies;

autoconf, libtool, M4, perl db, bison, flex, etc.

They're all there, and they're all from nekoware.

I might have to set an environment variable somewhere???

No, I haven't tried GNU Make.

Can't find it in nekoware, is it part of a larger package?
