And a beauty shot - overall the skin is in very good condition, door and spring are intact, it came with the lockbar, and the lights work.

Indigo2 PC case mod

Just finished up a new dual-boot Linux Mint/Windows 10 PC using my extra Indigo2 case. I used an ITX motherboard which fits across the case next to a standard ATX PSU. I was able to keep the EISA backplane in place and used it to mount the PCIe right-angle adapter. You can see my EVGA GTX 550 ti gra...

Haven't received mine, either. Was hoping to hear from him before end of August on the status - may be a delay in getting the Odroid.

Re: Your first SGI encounter

'94 or '95, San Jose California at the jet fighter air combat simulator (I think it was called Air Combat USA at the time). The "game" was powered by a bunch of rack-mounted Onyx. A thing of beauty. Our software company had a booth at MacWorld in San Francisco, and we drove down to San Jos...

Some more SGI history with a Canadian slant

Since I'm now getting (back) involved with SGI systems, and following on the tail of Dodoid's great SGI history series, I thought I'd add some more content to the history files from my own past. Between 1993 and 1997 I worked for EveryWare Development Corp., a small software developer in Mississauga...

Onyx R10k IR deskside on the 'Bay

Sigh...what are the chances something like this will ever show up in the Toronto area :(

About the only way I could swing this is to have the seller dismantle it completely and ship it in pieces, or rent a van and drive 20 hours each way!

I don't think you're reading it right - I've never had a problem using my PayPal account and shipping to a different address.

Re: Pair of Origin 200 servers in Quebec - not mine

I would read that as $500 for the pair, or best offer, but you would need to contact the seller to confirm. Prepare for a road trip - they say local pick-up only.
