Sgi 320 hardware docs found on my box

Pretty cool set of html docs that was sitting on this box in C:\SGI.

Had to install version 12.02 of Opera to be able to get this far :)

So, these fans were toooo noisy. Time for some silent fans, 92mm front

So since I cant find a good way to burn irix onto cds to be read by the cd rom im stuck with dina. The problem is that dina on both vmware and virtual box isnt seen on my network with any adapter settings and thus I cant get the irix files onto it. Anyone have ideas? My first 320 Prom upgrade

So in keeping with generally accepted best practices, I upgraded to the
latest prom. Also popped in a udma at a 133 that was lying around, for the hell
of handling one of those again :)

Say, could you have a look on the used VRM to check who manufactured it and what P/N it has? The VRM in my machine is a: Celestica 073-20770-01 if this helps. So a 073-20770-01 actually also works for the Visual Workstation 320 with dual CPUs installed. That's good to know. I remember that FlasBurn...

According to this table: http://www.frontlinemedia.de/sgi320/vrm.html That the 20770 works is an expected outcome :) I remember this table, but the page is not very explicit in stating that the VRM types listed in the table are working or were tested in a VW 320. But maybe I misunderstand/stood it ...

I don't know of any late Xeon SGI that looked like the "WAVE" machine. I think the last thing they made was the Virtu with BoXX, and they went out of business VERY shortly after that. I can't imagine they had time to make another generic PC, especially since spec wise it wouldn't have bee...
